  1. Introduction

1.1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between UAB EERIV EUROPE, a registered company in Lithuania, hereinafter referred to as “the Agency,” and the prospective international students from Africa, Middle East, Europe, Asia etc, hereinafter referred to as “Students.”

1.2. By engaging with the Agency’s services, Students acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms.

  1. Services Offered by the Agency

2.1. The Agency provides recruitment services to assist students in finding suitable educational opportunities in Europe, including but not limited to universities, colleges, language schools, and vocational institutions.

 2.2. The services include advising on educational programs, application processing, visa guidance, and general support in the admission process.

2.3. The Agency does not guarantee admission to any educational institution or the issuance of a student visa.

  1. Student Responsibilities

3.1. Students are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to the Agency during the application process.

3.2. Students must meet the admission requirements of the educational institutions they apply to.

3.3. It is the Student’s responsibility to obtain and maintain a valid student visa if required.

  1. Agency’s Responsibilities

4.1. The Agency will provide information and guidance to Students regarding educational institutions, programs, application procedures, and visa requirements.

 4.2. The Agency will assist Students in preparing and submitting applications to educational institutions.

4.3. The Agency will provide support for visa applications, where applicable, including document preparation and guidance.

  1. Fees and Payment

5.1. Students shall pay the Agency’s fees as agreed upon in writing. Fees may vary depending on the services provided.

5.2. Payments shall be made in the manner specified by the Agency.

5.3. The Agency’s fees are non-refundable, except as specified in the Agency’s refund policy.

5.4. Specific Service Packages and Fees:

Admission Support Packages

  1. Basic Package Ideal for students applying to one program at one university. Includes:

– Application for 1 program at 1 university.

– Personalized Consultation.

– Document Review.

– 1 Curriculum Vitae (CV).

– 1 Motivational Letter.

– Application Filling and Submission.

– Motivational Interview Preparation.

– Scholarship Options Review.

Fee: – 250 EUR net (for Partner Universities) – 400 EUR net (for Non-Partner Universities).

Note: All fees paid are non-refundable.

  1. Premium Package Perfect for applicants exploring multiple options.

Includes:

– Application for up to 3 programs (Partner or Non-Partner Universities).

– Personalized Consultation.

– Document Review.

 – 1 Curriculum Vitae (CV).

– 3 Motivational Letters.

– Application Filling and Submission.

– Motivational Interview Preparation.

 – Scholarship Options Review.

Fee: 550 EUR (net).

Note: All fees paid are non-refundable.

Visa Application Support Assistance in preparing and submitting student visa applications.

Includes:

– Personalized Consultation.

– Visa Application Checklist.

– Document Review.

– Assistance with Filling and Submitting Visa Application.

– Assistance with Visa Appointment Reservation.

 Fee: 450 EUR net (if admission obtained through the Agency) / 650 EUR net (if admission obtained elsewhere)

Note:  All fees paid are non-refundable.

Third-Party Services (Available as add-ons upon request)

– Flight Reservation and Booking.

– Health Insurance Purchase.

– Language Test Booking (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL).

– Airport Pickup Arrangement.

– Accommodation Assistance.

– Hotel Reservation.

 Fee: Available upon request, as fees vary depending on the specific service and provider.

  1. Admission and Visa Processing

6.1. The Agency cannot guarantee admission to any educational institution. Admission decisions are solely at the discretion of the respective institutions.

 6.2. Visa approval is subject to the policies and decisions of the destination country’s authorities, and the Agency is not responsible for visa rejections.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1. The Agency will collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its privacy policy.

7.2. Students consent to the collection, use, and sharing of their personal information for the purpose of education placement and visa processing and marketing purposes.

7.3. Students have the right to request the deletion of their personal information from the platform. Upon request, their information will be removed within 14 days.

7.4. Student profiles associated with pending commission collections from universities cannot be deleted until the outstanding commissions have been received.

  1. Limitation of Liability

8.1. The Agency shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by Students as a result of visa denials, admission rejections, or any other circumstances beyond the Agency’s control.

  1. Termination of Services

9.1. The Agency may terminate its services if Students fail to comply with these Terms or if the Agency determines that the Student’s conduct is detrimental to the application process.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania.

10.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.

  1. Amendments to Terms

11.1. The Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Students will be notified of any changes in writing. By engaging with the services of the Agency, Students confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
